What is Braided Hose

Braided hose refers to the product after braiding a layer of stainless steel wire outside the stainless steel hose or hose, which is mainly used for electrical circuit protection and pipe connectors such as household faucets, toilets, and showers. The structure of braided hose includes inner tube, outer layer, nut, inner core, connecting sleeve and sealing gasket. The inner tube is usually made of nitrile rubber, PVC, EPDM and other materials. Generally, it is mixed with nitrile rubber and PVC. The outer layer is usually woven with 8 strands of Φ8mm 304 stainless steel wire, with a density of ≥20 turns/40mm; the nut and inner core are made of HPb59 high-quality brass by stamping and machining processes, and the surface of the nut is chrome-plated; the connecting sleeve is made of HPb62～HPb65 copper sheet, the surface is chrome-plated; the sealing gasket is made of nitrile rubber flat sealing gasket with a thickness of 4.5mm.
