But the film has low permeability to water, vapor and air and has a bad adaptability to the environment than low density polyethylene especially the thermal oxidation will reduce its ability, so the antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers should be added to change it. And the heat distortion temperature of high-density polyethylene film under stress is lower, which should be paid attention to when applying. 

Application

The interface part requires high dimensional accuracy. Although 80% of plastic products are formed by injection molding, this is usually formed by extrusion process.It is difficult for most of the injection molding process to meet the dimensional accuracy requirements of elbow fittings.
