PPR Male Threaded Tee hot pressing is to flatten a tube blank larger than the diameter of the tee to the size of the diameter of the tee. The cold drawn tee opens a hole in the stretched branch tube; the tube blank is heated and placed in the forming die. The inside of the branch pipe is installed punching die for stretching, the tube can be compressed under the pressure. In the whole process, the metal tube flows through the branch tube and then form it by the stretching of the punching die, which is different from the hydraulic bulging tee, the metal of the hot-pressed tee branch is compensated by the radial movement of the tube blank, so it is also called the radial compensation process.
