1. Corresponding inspection shall be carried out before the installation of toilet sewer. Firstly, there must be a corresponding main inlet valve in the room. Secondly, check whether the water pipe and connecting accessories required for the installation of toilet sewer pipe are damaged, sand holes and cracks. If any problems are found, replace the relevant parts of the water pipe in time.
2. Next, the position of the pipe corresponding to No. 6 on the wall should be considered, and the good size of the wall brick should be considered, that is, the thickness of the wall brick should be considered in advance.
3. The accessories connecting the toilet sewer shall be installed in the corresponding wall, under the ground and other positions. It shall be noted that the connecting accessories shall be used or not used as much as possible in this process, mainly to reduce the potential leakage points.
4. When placing the drum washing machine in the kitchen cabinet, be sure to determine the size of the washing machine and kitchen cabinet, so as to reserve the position of water supply and drainage. When designing the water pipe, the installation position of the faucet of the washing machine and the layout of the sewer shall be considered. At the same time, pay attention to whether the position of the power socket is appropriate.
5. Pipeline pressure test shall be conducted after waterway reconstruction, and the test pressure shall not be less than 0.6MPa. The time is 20-30 minutes.
6. The left and right positions of the shower mixing valve are correct, and it is installed in the middle of the bathtub (determine the size of the bathtub first). The height is 150-200mm above the bathtub. The water outlet of the required Jacuzzi is reserved according to the model. The distance between the holes of the mixing valve is generally kept at 150 mm (concealed installation) and 100 mm (exposed installation). The position of the water outlet of the connecting rod shower shall be determined according to the room height and the owner's personal needs.
7. The water inlet and outlet of the toilet shall be placed where the sight can be blocked by the toilet as far as possible. The position of the water outlet of the conjoined toilet shall be determined according to the model, and it shall be generally kept at 200mm to the left of the middle of the toilet water outlet.
8. The height of the reserved water supply port (elbow) on the wall should be appropriate, which should not only facilitate maintenance, but also expose the hose as little as possible, and do not add another hose, giving people a simple and beautiful vision. For sanitary ware such as column basin without cabinet below, the reserved opening height shall be generally set at about 500-600mm above the ground. The water outlet of the column basin shall be set in the center of the column bottom or behind the column, and shall be covered by the column as far as possible. The drain pipe of the wall mounted washbasin (without column and cabinet) must be arranged in a horizontal row with elbows leading out from the wall (i.e. the drain pipe enters the wall).
