PPR Crossover

Description

During the installation of water pipes, the distribution of water pipes and pipes is relatively complicated, and it is inevitable that the pipes will turn or two pipes cross. In this case, we need a professional pipe fitting to solve this situation, which is the PPR crossover. The function of the crossover is to install it on the ground, when the pipeline overlaps with the pipeline, it needs to be connected by the crossover to prevent the ground from being raised.

Installation Method

Install the water pipes close to the ground or the wall at the intersection of the pipes through the PPR crossover, the crossover is concave upward, the protruding part is close to the ground or the wall, and a hole is cut out of the wall and the ground with a tool at the protruding part of the crossover. Just put the protruding part of the bridge bend in, keep the crossover in line with the water pipe plane, and finally place a water pipe above the intersection of the water pipe in the concave part of the crossover.

There are only carbon and hydrogen elements contained in the  raw material molecules of PPR which is harmless and non-toxic. It can be used in hot and cold water pipes, and pure drinking water systems.

2. Heat preservation and energy saving.

PPR pipe's thermal conductivity is 0.21w/Mk, only 1/200 of that of steel pipe.

3. Good heat resistance.

The Vi-cat softening point of the PPR tube is 131.5°C, the maximum working temperature can reach 95℃ to meet the requirements of hot water supply and drainage system in building. 

4. Long service life.

PPR pipe's service life can reach almost long-term durability according to standards on the condition of working temperature of 70℃ and working pressure (P.N) of 1.0MPa. It's more than long-term durability according to standards under the 20℃ temperature.
