Treatment Method of PPR Female Elbow Crack and Leakage
1. Cut off the water and replace the elbow. Find PPR hot-melt welding wire and use a hot-melt gun to heat and weld. This consideration is technology. Generally, the welding of the female part should be cleaned up, and it is easy to leak if the control is not good.
2. Make a jig and wrap the entire elbow or leaking part. The jig should have a glue injection hole, which can be injected after the sealant has solidified.
3. The safest solution is to replace the fittings and pipes at the leaking position. Close the main valve, drain the water, use PPR scissors to cut off the pipeline at the leaking part, use a PPR blanching machine, and add a section directly.
4. Dry the leaking part, use waterproof cement, add a little water, keep it very thick and paste it on the leaking place in a large area.
5. Add water with polyurethane waterproof powder and apply it to the leaking area.
