1. Scratches of the tube
The PE pipe material is soft and easy to be scratched. 2. The stacking of tubes
When PE pipes and fittings are temporarily stacked at the construction site, they should be covered to avoid sunlight and rain, and should not come into contact with chemical substances such as oils, acids, alkali, salts and active agents.
3. Unification of specifications and models of pipes
The same project must use the same brand, material and the same standard size rate (SDR) of PE pipes and fittings, and use the same batch of products from the same manufacturer to ensure consistent performance of pipes and fittings and reliable hot-melt connection. If it is necessary to connect PE pipes and pipe fittings of different brands and materials with similar properties, they can be used after testing to determine whether the connection quality can fully meet the requirements.
