When using the hot melt machine to heat the pipe, we also need to pay attention to the heating time of the pipe, usually the heating time of the 20ppr pipe is 5 seconds, the heating time of the 25ppr pipe is 7 seconds and so on.
3. When using a pipe hot-melt machine for hot-melt connection, we need to process the hot-melt port of the pipe. For example, the hot-melt port of the pipe is uneven, and special scissors can be used to cut it flat. There are burrs and sundries in the hot-melt port of the pipe, which should be cleaned up, etc., otherwise it will affect the effect of the hot-melt connection of the pipe, resulting in the weak connection of the pipe and so on.
