1. Hot water for the first time
Before the heating season, it is necessary to test the heating to see if there is any water leakage. During the first heating test, first open the main water supply valve of the floor heating water distributor, and then inject it into the pipeline for circulation after the temperature is slowly increased. Then check whether the interface of the floor heating water separator is normal, and then gradually open the valves of each branch of the water separator.
2. First exhaust
Due to the pressure and water resistance in the heating pipeline, gas will be generated, so when the first operation is performed, the supply and return water will not circulate, and the temperature will not be uniform. The method is relatively simple, close the total return water valve of the heating, then open the regulating valve on the water separator, open the exhaust valve to open the water to exhaust, and then close the valve after the air is exhausted, and open the lower valve. After each air is exhausted, the valve can be opened and operated.
3. Filter cleaning
There is a filter in front of the floor heating water separator, which can regularly clean the impurities in the water to avoid the situation that the outlet pipe is not hot. It is recommended to clean it once a year.
