1. Synchronize with decoration
The installation of floor heating is synchronized with the decoration, and the floor heating can be installed when the decoration is started. The early installation is in the early stage of decoration. After the water and electricity are completed, the sub-catchment is installed and the pipes are laid; in the later stage, after all the decoration is completed, the wall-hung boiler is installed. If the debugging is correct, it can be put into use in winter.
2. Paving details are very important
The layout of floor heating pipes is more complicated, and it is necessary to lay the shape and calculate the spacing. If the pipes are unbalanced, it will cause local heat loss. And pay attention to the choice of insulation materials. If the insulation material is poor, the heat will be dissipated downstairs, the comfort experience will be affected, and even harmful substances will be released.
3. Concrete filling
It is used to protect the floor heating pipes and make the ground temperature uniform. The diameter of the stone particles should not be greater than 1cm, and the volume of the cement mortar should not be less than 1:3. The concrete pouring height is 4cm, and the oscillator cannot be used, and it needs to be paved manually.
4. The ground cannot be punched
Do not punch holes or nails on the ground during decoration, otherwise the floor heating coil will leak and cause water leakage. When the decoration is completed, it is also strictly forbidden to punch holes and nails. If the floor heating pipe is accidentally penetrated, it will be very troublesome to solve.
