High Pressure PPR Double Union Valve

Check Pipe Alignment First
Place pipes along the planned route. Confirm alignment with a level and correct gaps using PPR elbows.

Disassemble Valve Ends Before Welding
Unscrew the unions and remove both ends. Only weld the union ends, not the valve body.

Heat Fitting and Pipe Equally
Insert pipe and union into the fusion tool. Heat both parts for 6–8 seconds.

Push Pipe and Union Together
Immediately connect the heated ends. Hold them still for 30 seconds to ensure a tight joint.

Cool Joints Before Final Assembly
Let the joints cool for five minutes. Do not move or twist during the cooling period.

Reattach Valve Body Carefully
Screw the valve body between the two unions. Tighten gently with a strap wrench if necessary.

Open Valve to Test Flow
Turn handle counterclockwise. Open a tap downstream and observe the flow and any sound changes.

Retighten Union Nuts Periodically
Every three months, check the union nuts. Tighten slightly to maintain seal and prevent micro-leaks.

Store Spare Seals in Toolbox
Keep extra rubber gaskets for future use. Replace worn seals during inspection or disassembly.
