1. Pipeline slope requirements
The pipeline should have its slope when installed. If there is no design requirement, it must also comply with the slope regulations. For example, when heating and pipelines flow in the same direction, in this case, the slope of the pipeline is 0.003. It cannot be less than 0.002; its slope cannot be less than 0.005 when flowing in reverse.
2. Pay attention to the installation of exhaust and drainage devices
If the pipeline is installed indoors, when it is bypassed from doors and windows, beams, corners, etc., pay attention to when its corner is higher than the horizontal direction, and it is necessary to install exhaust and drainage devices in this place to remove the pipeline. air.
3. Set up iron or steel casing
When passing through floors and walls, it is best to set iron or steel casing. Then, when setting the casing, these conditions must be met. For example, if it is installed in the wall, the two ends must be kept parallel to the wall, so that it will not be affected by expansion and contraction. If there is some accumulation of water, it will not flow to the lower layer. If it is installed in the floor, the bottom should be parallel to the floor, and the top should be 15-20 cm higher.
