What Issues Need to Be Considered in Sewer Installation

Sep 29, 2022

1. First check the floor and top for cracks, and perform a water storage test on the cabinets and bathroom floors. Pay attention to observe the leakage of the bottom layer at any time. At the same time, test the water in the sewer to confirm that there is no leakage, and then proceed to the next process.

2. After the water supply system is installed, it is necessary to check whether the water pipes and accessories are damaged and whether there is trachoma. The test pressure is 0.6 Mpa. No leaks after 24 hours.

3. The drainage system only uses pipes with a diameter of 50MM or 110MM. After installation, please test the water first to ensure that the water flow is calm and there is no leakage or overflow before burying.

4. The layout and direction of the water supply pipes should be reasonable, and they should not cross or run obliquely. The pipes must not damage the waterproof layer. Use as few wall plugs as possible. The water inlet pipe must be pre-buried in the wall behind the base cabinet. The inside of the tube should not be visible. After the water meter is installed, it should be easy to read and maintain, and the faucet should also be easy to maintain and replace.

5. The water in the toilet must be directly discharged into the main sewer pipe, and cannot be connected with the sewer pipe such as the sink. The water supply of the squatting toilet adopts a #25 water pipe to ensure the flushing pressure.
