PVC

PVC is polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer (VCM). Material has the characteristics of non-toxic, anti-aging, and acid and alkali resistance, very suitable for chemical pipe use.

PVC (PolyVinylChloride) has seven grades (SG1-SG7) depending on the hardness and properties of the material, with a density of 1.4g/cm. Below SG4, generally, soft products, need to add a large amount of plasticizer during molding, mainly used to make artificial leather, wire, cable insulation layer, sealing parts, etc.

SG5 and above are hard products, mainly used to manufacture all kinds of pipes, such as drainage, electrical, postal, and telecommunications pipes and accessories, all kinds of plates, sheets, profiles, etc.

PVC molding shrinkage rate is 0.6-1.5%, has good mechanical properties, and excellent electrical properties, has self-ignition, strong acid and alkali resistance, good chemical stability, and low price, widely used general plastic. But because its use temperature is not high, the highest is 80℃ or so, it makes it difficult to develop.

CPVC

CPVC is a polymeric material modified by the chlorination of polyvinyl chloride (PVC). After the chlorination of PVC resin, the chlorine content increases from 56.7% to 63-69%, which increases the chemical stability and improves the resistance to heat, acid, alkali, salt, and oxidative corrosion resistance of material.

UPVC

PVC raw material to add a certain amount of solid (without plasticizer) additives made up of a mixture, called hard polyvinyl chloride (UPVC).
