The normal welding temperature of PPR pipeline is in the range of 260-290 °C, and the welding quality will be better guaranteed during welding in this temperature range. Since the maximum temperature that the heating plate of the PPR hot melt machine can adapt to can reach 258 ℃, we must pay attention to the following items when using it:
1. Must wear relevant protective gloves.
2. Be sure to pay attention to the safety protection of the staff. When the heating plate is welded, it should be cooled with a special heating plate bracket immediately.
3. The heating plate should be cooled immediately after being transported to prevent fire.
4. When the welding work is over, be sure to place the heating plate in a safe place to prevent outsiders from contacting and causing burns.
5. The staff should use the handle when extracting the heating plate.
6. The body of the staff must not directly touch the heating plate inside the hot melt machine.
7. When the welding task is over, remember not to cut off the power supply on the heating plate to prevent sparks.
8. Finally, when the hot melt machine finishes working, do not directly touch the heating plate with your hands to prevent burns.
