2. Pay attention to the installation of the water separator
The sub-collector is the heart of the floor heating system, relying on it to evenly distribute and recycle the water in each floor heating branch, so as to achieve a good system circulation. Therefore, during the installation process, the installation must be kept horizontal. In particular, pay attention to the connection of the return water. After completion, it must be cleaned, and the heating area of each circuit should be marked to facilitate later maintenance.
3. Pay attention to the laying of pipes
In the construction of floor heating, laying floor heating pipes is a very important point. Therefore, the laying of the floor heating pipe will also directly affect the heating effect in the floor heating system. It should also be noted that, to be the same as the design loop, the difference in the actual laying length of the pipeline loop is greater than 30 meters, and the pipeline crossing situation cannot occur at the same time.
4. Pay attention to the laying of the backfill layer
Heating is the thermal storage layer. This must be done well, but it should be noted that the pressure must be measured before laying the fine stone concrete protective layer. If the pressure gauge is less than 4MPA, construction cannot be performed. In addition, concrete cannot be mixed into the floor heating pipes. At the same time, it should be noted that the floor heating coil cannot be exposed. After leveling the concrete, the ground height is almost more than 5 mm. When laying concrete, mark the doorway, corridor, floor drain and other places to prevent improper behavior in subsequent construction from damaging the floor heating pipeline.
