1. After the PPR water pipe enters the site, relevant acceptance work needs to be done. For example, check whether the specification and length of the pipe meet the construction requirements, whether there is an anti-counterfeiting mark on it, and so on.
2. During the installation process, it is necessary to follow the method of heating on the left and cooling on the right, and the distance between the cold water pipe and the hot water pipe cannot be less than 30mm, and this must be determined before slotting.
3. The distance between the two points of the metal tube must be controlled at more than 80cm, so that it can play a fixed role. After determining the position of the metal pipe clip, make a mark and drill with an electric hammer. Then drive in the wooden wedge and lock the screw to ensure its firmness.
4. When the water pipe is hot-melted, it is also necessary to pay attention to the temperature problem. It should be controlled at 260 degrees, and the connection should be completed within 5 to 7 seconds after hot-melting. Because if the stay is too long, it will affect the contact effect. In addition, it should be noted that it must be inserted in parallel, not in a rotating way.
5. During the installation process of the water pipe, the nozzle must be tightened firmly, and there should be no looseness. At the same time, the position of the valve must also be flat, and it is also more convenient to maintain it later.
