PPR pipe is a thermoplastic pipe. It is made from a base material of Random Copolymer Polypropylene. It has excellent heat resistance, chemical stability, impact resistance and low density. Therefore, it is widely used in the fields of water supply and drainage, heating, air conditioning and chemical industry.

Structure
ppr water pipes consist of three parts: an outer layer, a hollow layer and an inner layer. The outer layer is rigid polypropylene, which can withstand pressure impacts. The hollow layer is foamed polypropylene, which improves the insulating properties of the pipe. The inner layer is smooth, non-toxic PPR. Ensures the flatness of the inner wall of the pipe. Reduces limescale accumulation and dirt adhesion, prolonging service life.
Diameter
The diameters of PPR water pipes generally include 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 75mm, 90mm, 110mm and other specifications. Different pipe diameters can be selected for installation as required.
Connection methods
PPR plastic pipe connection methods mainly include hot melt connection and mechanical connection. Heat fusion connection is the pipe and pipe fittings heated to a certain temperature. Through the external force to make contact with the two, so that the hot melt together. After cooling and solidifying, a firm connection is formed. Mechanical connection is achieved through threads, rings, sockets, etc. More suitable for smaller pipe diameters and lower working pressures.
Advantages
PPR water pipe has the advantages of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, good sealing, no leakage, easy installation, light weight and so on. It is suitable for water supply and drainage, heating, air-conditioning and chemical piping systems in a variety of applications.
