1. Close the inlet and outlet valves in time
Since the floor heating water separator is made of metal, if the interior is in contact with the air, it is easy to cause oxidation and rust. Therefore, two days before the end of the heating period, the main valve for controlling the water inlet and return water should be closed to prevent the internal water from being pumped away after the heating is stopped. If conditions permit, it is better to close the branch valve in the corridor pipe well or the plumbing box.
2. Wash before emptying the water
During the heating period or the heating off period, the stored water in the indoor heating facility needs to be drained in advance. It is necessary to ensure that there is no residue of dirt and impurities in the pipeline facilities. Because the sludge will accumulate in the heating pipe for a long time, it will interfere with the heating cycle and affect the cleaning effect in the future.
3. Regularly check and maintain the or water separator
In order to improve the service life of plumbing fittings, it is necessary to check whether each component is rusted, and the branch valve shall be turned on and off at least twice a month during the non-heating period. It can prevent the valve from rusting and find problems in time. If any abnormality is found, replace it in time.
