Temperature control

The ambient temperature when installing the floor heating pipe should be above 5 ° C to ensure that the pipe material will not be damaged by low temperature. If the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ° C, measures should be taken to increase the temperature.
Pipe handling and storage: When the floor heating pipe is moved into the construction site, attention should be paid to prevent falling, touching and pressure to avoid pipeline damage. During storage, also ensure that the pipe is not hurt by heavy pressure or sharp objects.

Piping installation

• During the installation process, ensure that the pipeline is not touched by corrosive materials to avoid damage to the pipeline.

• The pipe installation should prevent distortion, especially when bending the pipe, the top of the arc should be limited, and the pipe card should be fixed, and there should be no "dead break".
• The bending radius of the plastic pipe should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the pipe to ensure the normal use of the pipe.

System debugging

After the floor heating system is installed, it must be debuggable. During commissioning, ensure that all water sources, power supplies, and hot water return water are normally supplied in place, and supervise during commissioning to ensure the normal operation of the system.

Ground protection

• After laying the floor heating pipe, the ground is strictly prohibited to knock, impact, etc., so as not to damage the floor heating pipe.
• When placing tools such as scaffolding on the floor heating system, protective measures such as laying wooden boards should be taken to increase the force area.
• When decorating, the ground can not punch holes or nails, so as not to leak the floor heating coil resulting in water leakage.

High temperature heat source protection

It is strictly prohibited to place high temperature heat sources near the distributor and water collector and on the ground where the floor heating pipe is laid to prevent damage to the pipeline system.

Precautions for first-time use

If the floor heating is used for the first time, the temperature can not be adjusted to the highest at once, and it should be gradually heated to avoid impact on the system.

Daily protection

When using floor heating, do not use the heat spread by the heating pipe to dry the clothes, and do not place too heavy items on the radiator, so as not to crush the pipe or affect the heat dissipation.

Regular inspection and maintenance

The floor heating system should be regularly checked and maintained, including cleaning filters, checking pipeline connections, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the system and extend the service life.
