Cut PPR Pipes Precisely
Cut the pipes using a PPR pipe cutter. Ensure each edge is smooth and perpendicular to the pipe axis.

Heat Valve and Pipe Equally
Switch on the fusion machine. Insert the pipe and valve ends, then heat them for 5–7 seconds.

Join Parts Firmly Without Delay
Immediately push the heated parts together. Hold them straight for 30 seconds until the connection solidifies.

Adjust Valve Handle Direction
Turn the valve body before cooling. Ensure the handle will face outward after final tiling.

Secure Valve in Wall Frame
Use pipe clamps or brackets inside the cavity. Keep the valve body stable during wall construction.

Flush Before Initial Use
Open water supply for one minute. This removes debris, ensuring clean flow and protecting internal parts.

Rotate Handle Weekly
Turn the handle once every week. This prevents blockage and keeps internal components smooth.

Repair Drips Immediately
If water leaks appear, remove tiles gently. Replace worn seals or tighten the pipe joints securely.
