If the gate valve is cleaned, the organic solvent used must not contradict the parts to be cleaned and do not etch. If it is a natural gas special ball valve, it can be cleaned with vehicle gasoline. Other parts can be cleaned with raw water. When cleaning, clean the residual dust, oil stains and other accessories, such as cold water can not be cleaned clean, can not destroy the valve body and parts under the premise of cleaning agents such as ethanol. After cleaning, wait for the cleaning agent to evaporate before mounting.

If a small leak is found in the filling material during the whole process of application, the valve seat nut can be slightly tightened until the leak is terminated, and cannot be tightened again.

Long-term outdoor storage will cause the gate valve itself and components to rust, and can not be used normally. Ball valve storage should be waterproof, moisture-proof, waterproof, and flange cover tight.
